We are builders! One thing that we have learned over the past five decades is that strategy matters! Planning is paramount to the success of every project regardless of size scope and scale. Before we start, we review every aspect of what we are going to do and evaluate how we plan to get the job done. Coupled with our project strategy, we use innovative technology during all phases of the project, especially during schedule development. The idea is that with the right strategy, appropriate manpower, and proper equipment, we can eliminate obstacles that might increase risk for cost increases, and hinder the project from reaching the desired finish date.

Collaboration

Through early collaboration with owners, designers, and engineers, PAGE Building Group can create the most streamlined schedule possible. We have some of the most capable and respected veteran builders in the construction industry who understand the intricacies of developing a complex, multi-phased project schedule, utilizing state-of-the-art schedule software.

Communication

We meet with the entire project team, owner, and designer, regularly to review milestones, metrics relative to construction performance, and budget reviews. We believe in superior communication at all levels – this is the key to a successful project. When all parties are exchanging information and ideas in an efficient and effective manner, we can accomplish anything.

Management

Budget management at the field level is a continuous loop process where we are constantly tracking cost vs. budget. Through Forecasting and by using multiple internal tracking systems we are able to mitigate risk, ensure accuracy, and eliminate budget increases.
