PAGE was retained by Cushman Wakefield to convert Retail Space to Outpatient Healthcare Space. The project includes the interior demolition of Civil Cigar Lounge, Richie Shoes, and Range Restaurant, all of which were located within a Mixed-Use Facility that includes a Hotel, Office Building, and a Mall with underground parking. The project required a thorough analysis of existing conditions to evaluate how the spaces were connected floor to floor, and suite to suite. We were also required to maintain the building fire alarm system throughout the demolition/Alteration process.
