USAID Living Labs – Intelligent Workspaces

The project consisted of a 7th Floor Renovation of the Ronald Reagan Building for USAID. The goal was to create inspiring collaborative spaces implementing a dynamic work environment to allow for a balance between employee flexibility, productivity, retention, morale, and cost control. Furniture systems played a major role in creating the perfect balance between flexibility and comfort with hoteling space, the staff is able to work both from home and in the office a few days a week without compromising productivity. The project delivery method was design-build, and the project finished ahead of schedule.
