J.S. Lewis Health Center offers Health Services to an underserved community in Chatham County, Ga.  Services offered include Primary Care, Pediatric’s, Pediatric Dentistry, Adult Medicine, Adult Dentistry, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, Optometry, Women’s Infants, and Children and Wellness. The project consisted of converting an old retail trophy shop into an outpatient medical center.
